Policies
Cancellation
I understand things come up and you may need to cancel. If so, please read below for the minimum notice required to avoid a penalty fee.
24 Hours or Less Notice
Requires paying the total donation for time scheduled. Payment is due immediately and/or before I would be willing to book again. I prefer Venmo or Cashapp.
24-36 Hours Notice
If 24-36 hours has been given, I require a $100 cancellation fee sent via Venmo or Cashapp. There is no mandatory penalty if more than 36 hours notice was provided, however, a donation through Venmo or Cashapp is much appreciated for the last minute cancellation.
Deposit
I typically do not require deposits for appointments 3 hours or less, but I reserve the right to require one if I see fit. All deposits made are nonrefundable; however if an appointment needs to be canceled for extenuating circumstances on my end, the full amount of deposit will be immediately reimbursed.
